Cranberry Orange Muffins – River Bend Farm
These muffins are tart and hardy; the stronger the bran flake the crunchier the muffin. I don’t make them very big, but they pack a lot of punch and are filling. Love making these in late November/December when cranberries are available in abundance. I prefer Ocean Spray Cranberries, 12 oz. Continue reading

Ina Garten’s Herb Roasted Turkey Breast

Heather’s Graduation – June 18, 2018
After 12 years in Lake Washington School District, Kindergarten at Bellevue Montessori and 2 years during Mrs. Lynda Schupp’s preschool; 11 years of Math and Reading Kumon – Heather graduates from Eastlake High School. We are so proud of all of her accomplishments in these short 17 years. Cannot wait to see what the next chapter brings. Continue reading
