Our oldest devours books, and one that she really loved was The Borrowers, about these little people who live in the floorboards and ‘borrowed’ every day items from the people of the house, so they could live. But never to be seen by the inhabitants, until Arrietty meets up with the little boy of the house.
It has been some time since I first watch Ponyo, and several of the Hayao Miyazaki movies but the relationships and spectaular visual display of this movie are something to really watch!
