Rating: Worth my time

I was not avoiding this movie, but I didn’t think it would interest me or hold my attention. Boy, I was wrong. As a person who aspires to write a book, I found this movie extremely interesting; I love the storyline of the publisher and how that all used to work, back in the 1960’s…but for the topic, I was in tears, literally. As a mother, I felt pain in my heart for the children, and for the oppression that takes place during this time.
But there was some serious laughter as well. After watching the Oscars, I had to watch this movie to see what all the hype was about – especially with the chocolate pie. I loved it!
