What can we say about one of our favorite ‘discovery’ places. If you have young children, you will love this farm. We actually invested in a season pass a few summers ago, when we had a 7-, 5- and 3- year old. It was perfect for all of them, and we went every week.
One price will get you in to all of the rides and activities. It’s perfect when you’re hauling diaper bags and pushing strollers. By the way, they paved a lot of the areas now (when our PEPS group went with our then toddlers and second babies, we were 4-wheeling the double strollers through rough touraine.)
From the pony rides (on Vanilla, our favorite), to the canoe rides, which you can go around several times when it isn’t busy, to the train ride through the park with sights of an Emu and through a hide-a-way tunnel; this farm has it all. A petting area, a party area for birthdays, and mini carnival rides: carosel, swings, tea cups, pumpkins and roller coaster. Perfect even for mom and dad to enjoy with your kids! There’s a hay maze and hay trampoline, bike rides, and old fashioned cars.
There’s photographic opportunities, so bring your camera!
Remlinger Farms has u-pick, a onsite restaurant (sometimes we eat there), sometimes we bring a picnic lunch and eat on the benches outside. Check it out!
